AG DAY CRITERIA 2017
Dear Parents / Caregivers
AG DAY – Saturday 28th October 2017

Please ensure your child has the necessary items at school on Friday 27th October to make their Construction/Earthworks scene and the Floral Structure. (The art item will be made at school during term time.)
Students who do not have the necessary items at school on the Friday will be given set work to complete.
Floral-
- Flowers/greenery put in a recycled vessel eg- milk bottle, coffee jar/tin, yoghurt pot, jam jar - plastic/glass
- Vessel must be in proportion to the flowers and be able to hold water or oasis
- Flowers/greenery a mixture of homemade and real
- Homemade out of recycled materials - eg: tissues, material, wool, pompoms, pipe cleaners - see Pinterest for ideas
- Must contain at least 1 homemade flowers
Construction/Earthworks scene -
- Made on a tray no bigger than A3 in size
- Must contain at least 1 big machine eg bulldozer, digger, roller, crane etc - can be a model
- Must be the big machine’s surroundings eg roller on a road, crane at a building site etc
- Must have at least 1 homemade items
- Material base of the tray must fit the construction scene eg - sand, dirt, bark, clay, scoria etc
- Needs to be assembled at school on the Friday
