Reading Rockets

Reading Rockets show the next learning steps for reading
and sight words for each level.

We try to set each child up to succeed by learning
the sight words required before they start reading
a level.

Benson Bear words are the same as these high frequency
sight words- we have just put them in a different format
to help children learn them!

We aim to have every child reading Green by the end of Year 1 - We also take into account a child's chronological age and time at school.
